The Rhythm of Racing...

Charge Pond Crew

2012... It's going to be a big year.  Or at least that's what we keep telling ourselves.  Everyone is out earlier, training harder, getting to the training races and working out their plans.  It's going to be great!!! Except for one little detail... In the grand scheme of things Comprehensive Racing is the new team on the block when it comes to racing on the road. Sure, there are a few of us that have been racing for a few years, but we don't have the history, or the amazing wins, but what we lack in palmares we make up for in energy and determination.  Our tri team started in 2001 as 3 guys who had never raced a tri before and within 2 years, we had grown into one of the largest teams in New England.  Our tri team has experience and the palmares.  Ask about a triathlon, duathlon, running race, some one on Comp Racing has been there and probably gotten some hardware.  Our tri team continues to grow and inspire every year, and for that we are very proud! Our track team, the track crew as we call them... they have experience as well!  Nationals, regionals, the NE Velodrome, they've raced them all with great success!  And they just keep getting stronger!  Well, this is the year for our road team...

The Black and Orange are going to be there at the starts, watching and listening, learning and experimenting, and hopefully, with a little bit of luck, we might grow that team resume just a bit this year!  We are learning, getting faster, getting smarter and learning the rhythm of racing...

And if we can't beat you on the road, how about a swim or a run?
